Andreas Piter receives Walter-Großmann-Preis

The Walter-Großmann-Preis is awarded every two years by the Förderergesellschaft Geodäsie und Geoinformatik der Leibniz Universität Hannover to honour scientific theses and their public presentation. This year, the prize was given to Andreas Piter during the Geodetic Colloquium on 16.11.2021. The award acknowledges his master's thesis on "Spatiotemporal Functional Data Analysis of Helsinki's Bike Sharing System" and the press article "Bike Sharing aus neuer Perspektive - was die Daten uns verraten".
